5月16日のうどん作り体験には、スイスからいらっしゃった女性のおふたりをお迎えしました。日本のマンガが大好きなおひとりと、ポップカルチャーに親しんでいらっしゃるおひとりのご参加です。
粉を混ぜ合わせるところから、麺棒で生地を延ばすところまで、一つひとつ丁寧に取り組んでいただきました。試食では、できたての熱々うどんを箸でつまみながらしっかり召し上がっていただきました。最後はピースサインで締めてくださいました。楽しい体験をありがとうございました。

On May 16th, we welcomed two visitors from Switzerland — one a big fan of Japanese manga, the other into pop culture. They worked carefully through each step — from mixing the flour to rolling out the dough. At the tasting, they enjoyed the freshly made, piping hot udon with chopsticks.
