今日はご家族みなさんで、うどん作り体験にお越しくださいました。
エプロン姿の兄妹が、それぞれ自分の“マイうどん”を担当してくれています。
粉と水をよく混ぜてそぼろ状にしたあと、ビニール袋の上から二人でギュッと押して、生地をひとまとまりにしていきます。お兄ちゃんがやさしくサポートしながら、妹さんも「どんなうどんになるかな?」と真剣な表情。
次は足でふみふみタイム。生地を薄く伸ばすために、順番に踏んでいきます。見守るお父さんお母さんも、思わずカメラを向けてしまう光景でした。
最後はお兄ちゃんがのし棒で大きく伸ばし、妹さんが横で様子をチェック。兄妹で力を合わせて作ったうどんの味は、きっとお家に帰ってからも、しばらく話題になってくれるはずです。

Today a family joined our udon making experience together.
The big brother and his little sister each took charge of their own “my udon,” both wearing cute aprons.
After mixing flour and water into crumbly dough, they pressed it together through a plastic bag to form a smooth ball. The big brother gently helped, while his sister watched the dough closely, wondering what kind of noodles it would become.
Next came the stepping time. To stretch the dough evenly, they took turns stepping on it, while their parents watched and captured the moment on their phones.
In the end, the big brother rolled the dough out with a rolling pin, and his sister checked how it was spreading on the table. We are sure the noodles they made together will become a happy memory for the whole family even after they go back home.
