オーストラリアから、「日本大好き！」というお客さまが、お友だちと遊びに来てくださいました。
学校では日本語のクラスを受講中で、「何度も日本に来てます」とのこと。日本語はとてもお上手。
休憩中は顔はめパネルも全力で楽しんでくださって、写真タイムもにこやかに。
生地作り（粉と水で生地を作る）から踏んでコシを出す工程まで、手を動かすたびに笑顔。
仕上げは、湯気の立つお鍋からできあがったうどんをすくい上げて、熱々をひとくち。
「おいしい！」の声が日本語と英語で行き交うテーブルになり、最後まで明るい雰囲気のうどん作り体験となりました。
A pair of guests from Australia—one of them told us she loves Japan and is currently taking Japanese lessons. She has visited Japan many times, and her Japanese was impressive.
During the break, they went all-in with our face-in-hole photo panels and enjoyed a big smiley photo moment.
From making the dough (mixing flour and water) to building that springy udon texture, they stayed cheerful the whole time.
To finish, they lifted freshly cooked udon from a steaming pot and took a hot, first bite.
“Delicious!” echoed around the table in a mix of Japanese and English—an udon-making session filled with smiles from start to finish.
