袋ごしに生地を踏んでは折り畳む作業では、隣のグループと肩を並べながら、それぞれのペースで体を動かしていきます。麺棒で延ばす前には打ち粉をふりかけて、粉がこぼれ落ちる瞬間を眺めている場面も。
試食では自分たちが作ったうどんを前に、思わず両手でサムズアップ。その笑顔がこの日の体験を全部語っていました。
