今年も残すところあとわずかとなりました。イリコスキー製麺所は、この時期ならではの活気ある空気に包まれています。
今日は、元気な声が響く賑やかな男の子や、一工程ずつ静かに、そして丁寧に向き合う女の子、さらには真剣な表情で挑む大人のチームなど、多様なゲストの皆様をお迎えしました。テーブルごとに異なるドラマがあり、切り分けたうどんを嬉しそうに並べる姿や、真剣に麺棒を動かす様子がとても印象的です。
お友だちやご家族と協力して形にしたうどんは、目にも鮮やかな淡いピンク色。動画で見られるような「ずるずる」と美味しそうに啜る幸せな音も聞こえてくる、賑やかで温かい一日となりました。

Today, we welcomed a wonderful variety of guests—from energetic boys with lively voices to girls who focused quietly and carefully on each step, and even teams of adults tackling the task with serious expressions. Every table had its own story, and it was a joy to see participants proudly arranging their cut noodles or working intently with their rolling pins.
The pale pink udon, created through teamwork with friends and family, is a beautiful sight. It was a warm and lively day, filled with the happy sound of people enjoying their handmade noodles.
