Make your own udon noodles from scratch — mix the dough, step on it with your feet, roll it out, and cut. Then eat what you’ve made, straight from the pot.

The class runs in English. Your instructor demonstrates every step right in front of you, so you can follow along even if words get lost. You may be joined by Japanese-speaking guests in the same session.

This is a hands-on group workshop in a small, relaxed setting — great for families with kids, couples, solo travelers, and friends. Each group shares one bowl and one rolling pin, taking turns through the whole process. Children are welcome (all ages).

The whole experience takes about 90 minutes. If you’d like to eat your udon here, add about 30 minutes.
